Is this an acceptable way of marketing a niche service online?
We have a small plumbing business and I have found a niche service of winterizing homes in our area that I would like to market to real estate brokers and property managers. In this area I can access them mostly by email or by phone message. I would like to send an email that outlines our service and prices. I think it would be easier to track responses by email but is email a professional way to approach this?
I am new to online marketing and since our professional reputation is important I don’t want to start off on the wrong foot. We are on an advertising budget -most off which has already been allocated for other things so I do need to be careful here.

What is sufficient and comprehensive enough in a Internet Marketing Package?
I’m in the midst of creating a NICHE, informative, cheap and practical internet marketing package. It includes, how to create your own products, website creation, become master affiliate marketers, proven traffic generation tools, SEO tips, make real money online, etc…
My question is how much would you pay for such a comprehensive package ? BTW also give me your comments on what else should be included in the package and I’ll see to it.
I need a web designer for my eBooks, where do I find one?
I do not have money to hire one, but I would be willing to split commissions. The ebooks need to be sold on Clickbank.
5 ebooks are niche market books which will be ready to sell before summer’s end. One book is almost ready, so I would like to get it started quickly.
The niche books are targeting certain business opportunities, that help those people advertise their businesses specifically.
The ones I plan to write after those 5 are on various subjects. Roulette, Health & Wealth, and some others.
