One of the easiest and most popular methods of making money from home is through Ebay. Ebay is an online auction where items are bought and sold. It is easy to open an account and practically any item imaginable can be sold there. Many people sell used household items but many new items are sold as well.

Many people make a very nice living by selling things on Ebay. If you decide to become an Ebay seller, make sure you research the cost to package and ship your item before listing it, especially if it is a large item. My daughter recently sold a baby carriage and paid over $100 to have it packaged and shipped.

Another easy way to make money online is through blogging. A blog is a place to write whatever you are interested in. The most successful blogs are usually geared toward one subject, but you can write about whatever you like. By doing a search on Google (or your favorite search engine) you can many free blogs. Pick one (or as many as you like) and start blogging.

If you want to make money with your blog, you have to write at least several times per week (every day is best). There are a number of ways to make money with your blog. You can add a donate button through PayPal. This allows people who like your blog to make donations. I know it may sound kind of chintzy, but a friend of mine with a large successful blog claims that donations are his biggest source of revenue. You can also post ads on your blog. Although there are many businesses that provide ads for your blog, Google’s Adsense program is excellent source of ads if you are just starting out.

You can also make a very nice living online by writing an information product, also know as an Ebook. An ebook is a computer version of a traditional printed book. Ebooks are purchased, downloaded, and read through your computer.

There are ebooks available on almost every subject imaginable. Is there is something that you’re good at? Are you an expert in a particular field? Do you have a hobby that you enjoy? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you are well qualified to write an ebook. All you need is a word processor to get started.
