Online tutoring Business partners wanted in the UK…How to proceed ?

Hi, We are South-Asia based ONLINE TUTORING services provider for a niche market in Accountancy education. Probably we are the only online tutoring provider in the market, addressing more than 400,000 students world wide. Of which approximately 1/3rd of the student population live in the UK. We need a Business partner who can represent our services in the UK, probably from an educational background with private tutoring business experience. How can we find someone with such qualities ? We have launched a website, but a website and online presence alone will not make much business. In fact, we currently tutor a number of students who are very happy with our tutors. But, we need an strong offline presence in the UK and in other countries like Australia, Singapore etc. How to find a sound professional/firm ?
